eGramServe was a finalist in the Livelihood creation category at Wantrapreneur at the Villgro Unconvention Summit in November 2011

eGramServe founder Biplab was a key panelist in the study of ISSPs – Impact Sourcing Service Providers – in Africa and India commissioned by the Rockefeller Foundation and carried out by the Monitor Group. The study culminated into a paper Job Creation Through Building the Field of Impact Sourcing.

eGramServe was shortlisted to be part of the Group of 100 meeting with Sam Pitroda, Advisor to the Prime Minister of India, and Chairman of the National Innovation Council in January 2012. The event was hosted by Action for India, an organization dedicated to scaling social impact through technology.

eGramServe was selected by Dasra as one of the ten social enterprises across Asia to be part of Cohort-7 of the prestigious Dasra Social-Impact program for social entrepreneurs. Bipin Arora, the head of sales at eGramServe was chosen to attend this program spread over three intensive residential boot-camps with successful entrepreneurs, angel investors and mentors from the industry.

In October 2012, eGramServe founder Biplab was a panelist at the Skill development Workshop organized by the Nasscom Foundation in partnership with NSDC.

eGramServe founder Biplab was a key panel member at the National consultation on Rural BPO Policy in February 2014 organized by the Nasscom Foundation, consisting of key Government & Industry representatives and chaired by the IT Secretary of Karnataka, a state which has taken lead in promoting rural BPOs and has the maximum number of rural BPOs in the country.
